All Pokémon are considered Basics, with free attack costs and the ability to retreat for free. There is no loss when decking out or running out of Pokémon in play. If a player has no Pokémon in play but holds one in their hand, they must play it, and Prize cards are not set aside.
Everything else remains unchanged. Players draw a card at the start of their turn and can use Abilities, attach Energies, and play Trainers before attacking. Attacking concludes the turn.
Game Setup:
Each player receives one pack, opens it, and shuffles the cards without looking.
Both players draw one card. If the drawn card is a Pokémon, it is played. If any player lacks a Pokémon, that player goes first.
The first player to knock out (KO) 6 Pokémon wins a Temporal Forces booster pack.
