Welcome to the CT GAMERCON, we are excited that you want to be part of the action.!

Below you will find many sizes of exhibition spaces, choose the one that is right for you and your business.

Our attendees are eager to shop for cool stuff – including all types of games from video to tabletop toys, clothes to statues, artwork to gaming supplies - the cooler the better!

Remember its a GAMER and ANIME show - so think about the audeince and sell items that will appeal to those fans.

Our attendees are NOT looking for vendors of gutters, replacement windows, eye surgery and other "as seen on TV" items. If you are a vendor of these type of things, please do not apply as your application will be denied and your payment sent back.

NOTE: Exhibitors, remember there is ALWAYS FREE WIFI and FREE PARKING at the Mohegan Sun Convention Center!

Maintain your vendor area immediately surrounding your space in a neat and reasonable manner free of garbage and debris.

CTGamerCon is a family friendly event, so any inappropriate items including but not limited to profanity and nudity (whether photos or hand drawn) must not be publicly visible in the vendor’s space. Failure to do so will result in CTGamerCon asking to remove such items from your vendor space. A second warning will result in removal of your vendor space from the event.

Space assignment is in the sole discretion of Game On management. CTGamerCon will try its best to accommodate your request, but cannot make any guarantees.

DRIVE TO THE RIGHT ON MOHEGAN SUN BLVD.
THE CONVENTION CENTER IS FIRST OPEN LOADING LOT ON LEFT!

THERE YOU WILL SEE SIGNS DIRECTING YOU DOWN TO THE CONVENTION CENTER LOAD-IN AREA (it is the FIRST parking lot on the LEFT as you head toward the HOTEL VALET PARKING! - DRIVE SLOW! IF YOU MISS IT - you will have to drive all around the MOHEGAN SUN Complex again!

WHEN YOU COME IN, GO TO THE REGISTRATION/LOAD IN DESK NEXT TO THE GARAGE ROLL UP DOORS.

CHECK - IN AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN YOUR CTGAMECON EXHIBITOR WRISTBANDS.

REMEMBER - Your booth(s) come with 2 chairs and a table. YOU CAN BRING AS MUCH TABLES, SHELVES OR OTHER DISPLAY ITEMS YOU WANT!

IF YOU CANT MAKE IT ON FRIDAY NIGHT - WE WILL BE THERE ON SATURDAY MORNING AT 8:00AM IN THE LOADING DOCK SO YOU CAN DROP OFF MATERIALS AND GO SET-UP.

THE SHOW OPENS AT 11:00AM ON SATURDAY - SO YOU MUST BE SET-UP BY THEN!

LOAD OUT STARTS AT 5:00pm ON SUNDAY!

NOTE: YOU CANNOT OPERATE ANY GAME OF CHANCES IN YOUR BOOTH - THESE INCLUDE "WHEELS OF FORTUNE" OR "GUMBALL MACHINES" THAT CONTAIN PRIZES OF VARYING VALUES.

LOAD - OUT INSTRUCTIONS

DEMERS EXPO (red shirts) will open the garage doors at 5pm and allow load out to take place.

Please pack up your booths and in an orderily manner proceed to the loading dock area.

as the lot is small, please wit for directions from Demers as to what cars/trucks/vehicles can come up and load up and then pull out of driveway.

PLEASE PE PATIENT AND CONISDERATE OF YOUR FELLOW VENDORS!

NO LINE JUMPING - CURSING OR ILLMANNERS WILL BE TOLERATED - IF YOU ACT IN SUCH A WAY - YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO EXHIBIT AT FUTURE EVENTS.

FAQs

How do I get WiFi and/or electricity?

Mohegan Sun provides free WiFi. Login information will be posted. If you need an electrical hookup, you MUST contract directly with the convention center. Use Order form link listed above.

What about a Sales Tax Permit?

Connecticut State Sales Tax information: Vendors at Flea Markets, Craft Shows, Fairs, Etc., Must Obtain a Connecticut Sales Tax Permit

You must obtain a Sales and Use Tax Permit from the Connecticut Department of Revenue Service if you will be selling at a flea market, craft show, trade show, antique show, fair, etc. in Connecticut even if you will only be making sales for one day. You must display the permit prominently in your booth or table. You must obtain a Sales and Use Tax Permit before making any sales. The requirement to obtain a permit applies to individuals, corporations, partnerships, and all other business entities that will make sales in this state, regardless of the number of sales that will be made or the amount of tax that will be collected. As a seller, you are responsible to collect sales and use taxes and you are liable for their payment whether or not you collect them as required from your customers. You must file returns and pay the full amount of tax due DRS.

Note: Failure to obtain a tax permit will result in a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment of not more than three months, or both, for each offense. You need to file for a business tax permit with the CT Department of Revenue Service, and you must pay taxes to the state on all of your sales within the State of Connecticut, excluding non-taxable items. The license generally costs $100 and lasts for 5 years (That's $20 per year for being able to do business within CT.) You can find the information/forms you need on their website:
